Help,I Cant Log In!!
There could be several different reasons why this could of happened, below are the most common reason along with solutions:
It's Asking for my 2FA Code, But I Didnt Activate 2FA!
You dont have 2FA turned on please follow these steps:
1. Enter your member name on the top white box,
2. Enter your password in the middle white box ,
3. Leave the third white box blank,
4. Next press the green "Sign In" button.
I Forgot My Password, How Do I Reset It?
If you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is use the "Forgot Password" on the log in page, once you confirmed the email link we send you, you will be able to set a new password. (Please remember emails are sent only to the email address you registered with when you signed up at BTCpop.)
I Forgot My Password and Now It Says My IP Is Locked, What Do I Do?
If you have tried to many times and failed to log in this will happen, it is part of BTCpop's security. If this has happened to you, we will send you a link to verify your security phrase (this is not your BTCpop password), after you have clicked the link you will need to reply to your support ticket and let them know, they will then validate your security phrase. Once they validate your security phrase they will unlock your account and you will be on your way. If you do not know what your IP is, please refer to this link for your IP address: https://btcpop.co/ip-test.php
My IP Is Blacklisted, What Did I do???
If you find your IP is blacklisted you will need to reply to your support ticket along with the following information:
1. Your IP Address - If you do not know what your IP Address is, please go here to see it:
2. What you were doing (in detail please)
We will then send you a link to validate your security phrase (this is not your BTCpop password), once you have clicked the link you will need to reply to your support ticket to let them know. Once they validate your security phrase they will remove the blacklisted IP.
