When depositing BTC in your main account on BTCpop all deposits must have at least 3 confirmations before it is sent to BTCpop and credited to your account, You can always check the block chain to see how many confirmations your transaction has, please go here: www.blockchain.info once on this page you can enter your txid # and press enter, the next page will show you your transaction and how many confirmations it has.
Ok, Well My Transaction Has More Than 3 Confirmations
Please go here: https://btcpop.co/Support and click on the blue "Send Us A Message" bar. Please include the following information:
1. Type of coin
2. Amount
3. Wallet Address (you sent it to)
4. TXID
5. Deposit or Withdrawal?
6. A screenshot of your Add/Withdraw page showing "Pending" and "Completed" withdrawals
Please make sure the information is in order and complete or your ticket may be rejected until we have the complete information.Once we have this information we will review the transaction.Also reply to the same ticket you received the instructions on DO NOT make a new ticket!

If you made a deposit that was something other than BTC, please check your confirmations on the block chain of the altcoin you sent, if it has more than 3 confirmations you will need to submit a support ticket. I Made A Withdrawal, Whats Taking So Long?
BTC - Withdrawals are manually processed in batches several times per day, as long as you have already confirmed your withdrawal either by the email confirmation link we sent you or by 2FA your BTC withdrawal will be processed in the next batch. If you have confirmed your withdrawal and it has been more than 12 hours you will need to contact support here: https://btcpop.co/Support and click on the blue "Send Us A Message" bar. Please include the following information:
