SMS Verification Reset

First and most importantly, when verifying your sms please make sure you use your country code and then your phone number. If you have not received your code via sms please follow these steps to reset your verifications:

1. Go to your verification page: https://btcpop.co/GetVerified

2. Go to your sms verification and where it says enter your 5 digit code, enter any random 5 digits in the white box.

3. Press enter/submit/verify button.

Once the page refreshes your sms will reset for you and you will be able to try it again. 

Please note: If you do not receive your sms after following the above steps, theres nothing BTCpop can do to make your carrier send the text, you will need to just keep resetting your sms and keep trying until it works.

But I already had my sms and I have lost my Phone or Changed My Phone Number

If your phone has been lost,damaged,stolen, dropped from a 5 story building,Godzilla stepped on it or whatever happened, you will need to go here: https://btcpop.co/Support and click on the blue bar that reads "Send Us A Message". Please remember when sending a message to include details of what it is you need as well as your security phrase (all security phrases are case sensitive). If you do not know your security phrase and you did not get a new phone or your new phone does not have the same phone number and you have not verified your information, we will have no way to verify you are the owner of the account and you will be locked out permanently.
