How to Disable My Account

If you would like to disable your account, you will need to go here:  https://btcpop.co/Support and click on the blue bar that says "Send Us A Message" Please be detailed as to why you would like the account disabled and we will then send you a link to verify your security phrase (this is not your BTCpop password). Once your security phrase is validated we will disable your account, please note that once your account is disabled you will not be able to log back in and we WILL NOT reopen your account for any reason. Also please note should you decide to start a new account and you have already verified information on your old account you will not be able to verify your information with a new account.
